another year another update! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

TL;DR: the game is taking ages but we're getting some ppl 2 help speed us up

what can i say: we're still slowing working away at Small Town Emo.

progress is sloow when you only have 1 day per fortnight to spare and only 5 braincells. PLUS there so many important idle games and fanfictions to be distracted by. additionally, as some of y'alls know, our team are ramping up working on our Main Project: ShelfLife: Art School Detective which owns many parts of our souls.

this year two of us from Team Fnife had the opportunity to go to GDC in San Francisco to pitch ShelfLife: Art School Detective to a bunch of publishers!! we’d never been 2 the US before, so we were very anxious... (understatement). this added to even less time for Small Town Emo, too, sadly.

that all being said, we're pleased to announce we have been able to get some dev help on Small Town Emo from the very talented Felix of Baitbox Studios!!

it's been amazing having some help while we're tied up in other projects, and that definitely has allowed us feel confident that we can see the finish line for this proj. (we'll end up enlisting more help to get it all done... finishing stuff is TOUGH)
